OTICE is hereby given that Fung Pak
Lum(馮柏霖) trading under
the name of Pak Lum Knitting Factory of No. 47 Fuk Wa Street, Shamshuipo in the Colony of Hong Kong, Manufacturer of Cotton Goods, has on the 24th day of November, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of the said Wing Sing Trading & Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The respective Trade Marks (1) & (2) in Class 34 in respect of cloths and stuffs of wool, worst- ed or hair, and also in Class 24 in respect of Cotton piece goods of all kinds and Trade Mark (3) in Class 24 in respect of Cotton piece goods of all kinds, are intended to be used by the applicants.
The Registration of "Squirrel" trade mark in Class 34 and "Squirrel" trade mark in Class 24 shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "Wing Sing Trading & Com- pany" and that the Squirrel" trade mark of pending application No. 509 of 1937 (Class 34) and the Squirrel" trade mark of pending application No. 511 (Class 24) are associated with each other and the registration of "Phoenix and Star" trade mark in Class 24 shall give no right to the exclusive use of the firm namo appearing thereon.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in Class 13 in respect of parts and accessories of cycles, motor cycles, automobiles made of ordinary metal and sold separately or independently of cycles, motor cycles and automobiles since the year of 1893.
This Trade Mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 69 of 1937 and that "The Register in respect of Trade Mark No. 36 of 1918 will be rectified by the addition of the words "ex- clusive of parts and accessories of cycles, motor cycles and automobiles, made of metal after the words "Metal goods not included in other classes" if and before the applicants' mark is registered.
