OTICE is hereby given that the Chung Wo Knitting Company, of Nos. 12, 14 and 16 Fuk Chuen Street, Taikoktsui, Kow- loon, Hong Kong, have on the 13th and 20th September, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following three Trade Marks:-

NOTICE is hereby given that C. M. Karanjia & Co., of No. 52, Wyndham Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong,. have on the 20th day of October 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants in Class 38 in respect of Articles of Clothing.
The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word BRITANNIA " or to the British National einblem shown on the shield.
The applicants undertake to use the mark only on goods (Articles of Clothing) produced in the British Empire.

The Pepper Trade Mark and the Durian Trade Mark bave not hitherto been used by the applicants but it is their intention so to use them forthwith in respect of Singlets and Hosiery in Class 38.
The Flying Bear Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Singlets in Class 38 since March 1937 and is intended to be used forthwith by the applicants in respect of Hosiery in Class 38.
