Registration of the "Thorobred " Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "THOROBRED".
Registration of the "Z" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "UNEXCELLED ", the letter "Z" and the representation of fire-crackers, and the Registration of this Trade Mark is limited in a combination of colours, namely, gold, yellow, red and blue, as shown on the mark.
