per cent of pure molasses; cereal foods consisting of wheat and molasses for beverage making pur- poses; flavouring extract for non-alcoholic beverages; flavouring material for foods; food beverage compounds; and candy in Class 42.
Trade Mark No 2 has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Coffee and tea, coffee and tea extracts, both dry and liquid, and coffee and tea substitutes in Class 42.
The Registration of Trade Mark No. 2 shall give the Applicants no right to the exclusive use of the Coffee Pot and Cup device appearing thereon.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
