No. S. 380.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Brass Dog Licence Badges", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until noon of Friday, the 19th day of November, 1937.
More or less 4,500 Brass Dog Licence Badges of approved shape.
No tender will be received, unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the cffect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $30 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 382.---It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for making Tree Pits, Planting Trees and Sowing Seeds in situ "," will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 22nd day of November, 1937, for making tree pits, planting trees and sowing tree seeds. in situ for the Botanical and Forestry Department during the year 1938.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
