OTICE is hereby given that a Petition

presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 29th day of September, 1937, for confirming the Reduction of the Capital of the above-mentioned Company from $100,000 divided into 10,000 shares of $10 each to $50,000 divided into 10,000 shares of $5 each and that such reduction be effected by cancelling capital which has been lost or is unrepresented by available assets to the extent of $5 per share upon each of the 4,450 shares which have been issued and are now outstand- ing and by reducing the nominal amount of all shares in the Company's capital from $10 to $5 per share, is directed to be heard before His Honour the Chief Justice on Thursday the 18th day of November, 1937, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the reduction of the capital of the said Com- pany under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
