The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since about 1890, in respect of the following goods:—
Grape Juice, in Class 42,
The Trade Mark has been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government pursuant to Section 9, Sub-Section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909, and that the registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the ex- clusive use of the grape device.

Hosiery, in Class 38.
The Trade Marks have been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government pursuant to Section 9, Sub-Section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909, and that the three marks are associated with one another and that the registration of the "INTERWOVEN” (top ticket) and the “INTERWOVEN” (box cover) marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the sock device.
