Tai Co., Sing Kee (4)
of Nos. 353-357, Hennessy Road (ground floors), Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Furniture Dealers (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to transfer to Li
Tai On Tong (李大安堂) of No. 102
Thomson Road, Victoria aforesaid Married Woman (hereinafter called "the Transferee ") all that the business of the said Yee rang Tai Co., Sing Kee including the good-will, sign- board, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, fit- tings, book-debts and all the assets and benefits of the said business whatsoever of the Transferor.
The Transfer shall be completed on the 12th day of November, 1937.
The Transferee intends to carry on the same business at Nos. 333-357 Hennessy Road (ground floors) Victoria aforesaid under the style or firm name of Yee Sang Tai Co., Sing
Petition may appear at the time of hearing by Kee (4) and will not
himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on pay- ment of the regulated charge for the same.
