p.m.

The numbers of the Debentures drawn will be published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette and the local Newspapers, and holders of drawn Debentures may, upon giving notice to the Treasurers waiving the six months' notice to which they are entitled, apply on the 31st October, 1937, to the Treasurers, Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth & Fleming, for payment of the principal and interest to the 31st October, 1937.

of Nos. 353-357, Hennessy Road (ground floors), Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Furniture Dealers (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to transfer to Li

Tai On Tong (李大安堂) of No. 102

Thomson Road, Victoria aforesaid Married Woman (hereinafter called "the Transferee") all that the business of the said Yee ang

Tai Co., Sing Kee including the good-will, sign- board, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, fit- tings, book-debts and all the assets and benefits of the said business whatsoever of the Transferor.

The Transfer shall be completed on the 12th day of November, 1937.

The Transferee intends to carry on the same business at Nos. 353-357 Hennessy Road (ground floors) Victoria aforesaid under the style or firm name of Yee Sang Tai Co., Sing Kee (彛生泰成記) and will not

assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferors prior to the 30th day of Septem- ber, 1937.
