of October, 1937, all the business of the said Fuk Luk Sau Firm together with the goodwill, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixture and effects to

Argyle Street in the said Dependency of Kow- loon Merchant (hereinafter called "the Trans- feree").
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address under the same style or firm name of Fuk Luk Sau Firm and will assume the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferor as shown in the books of the said firm prior to the 7th Septem- ber, 1937.
