The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since about 1890, in respect of the following goals:---

Grape Juice, in Class 42.

The Trale Mark has been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government pursuant to Section 9, Sub-Section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909, and that the registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the ex- clusive use of the grape device.

The Trade Marks have been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government pursuant to Section 9, Sub-Section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909, and that the three inarks are associated with one another and that the registration of the " INTERWOVEN” (top ticket) and the “INTERWOVEN” (box cover) marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the sock device.
