The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Borneo camphor and all other kinds of chemical substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sani- tary purposes Excluding all substances used for the purpose of a mosquito destroyer in Class 2.

The said five Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the Applicants in respect of Flour in Class 42, but it is their intention to use them forthwith.
The Trade Marks (1), (2) and (3) are associat- ed with one another.
The Registration of the said five Trade Marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the firm names and of the letters "K. C. W." appearing thereon.
Facsimiles of the said five Trade Marks can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
