NOTICE is hereby given that. Chan Ting
Yu of 187 King's Road, Shaukiwan in the Colony of Hong Kong has on the 2nd day of June, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark --
SENATE
in the name of Chan Ting Yu who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicant but it is his intention to use same forthwith in respect of flashlights and torches in Class 8.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned,
