of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 8th day of July 1937 confirming the reduction of capital of the above named Com- pany from $300,000.00 to $120,000.00 and the Minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 9th day of July, 1937 AND further take notice that the said Minute is in the words and figures following:-
* The capital of Tait & Company Limit- ed henceforth is $120,000.00 divid- ed into 3000 shares of $40,00 each instead of the original capital of $300,000.00 divided into 3000 shares of $100.00 each. At the time of registration of this Minute the sum of $40.00 is to be deemed paid up on each of the said shares ",

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Nos. 133 and 135 Kiu Kiang Street Shamshuipo aforesaid under the same style or firm name of Shut Fei Fei Confectionery
Company ( 雪飛飛糖菓公司)”
and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in connection with the said business.
