The Transferee intends to carry on the said
business at the same address under the same style or firm name of Kwong Hing Lang Firm plus the words "Kum Kee ( 記)
and will not assume the liabilities
incurred in the said business by the Transferors prior to the 8th day of July, 1937.

EXTRAORDINARY RESOLUTION,
Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the abovenated Company duly convened and held at its registered office No. 21 Fleming Road, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, at 2.00 pm. on the 30th day of June, 1937, and at a Meeting of Creditors of the Company held at the same place at 3.00 p.in. on the same day, the following resolutions were duly respectively passed and confirmed, namely:----
(I) That the Company cannot by reason
of its liabilities continue its busi- ness, and that it is resolved that it be wound up voluntarily.
(2) “That Mr. Ma Pak Yee (51
) of No. 24 Fleming Road be and he is hereby appointed Liquida- tor for the purpose of such winding up voluntarily.
