pany of No. 255, Lockhart Road (ground floor), Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Confectionary have on the 28th day of April, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong

Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

in the name of the Po Sang Company, who

claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used

by the Applicants but it is their intention to

use the same forthwith in respect of: --

Confectionary such as sweets and choco-

lates in Class 12.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen

at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks

of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

Trade Mark No. (1) is intended to be used by the applicants forthwith in respect of hats of all kinds and boots and shoes in Class 38: Metal goods not included in other Classes in Class 13 and substances used as food or as ingredients in food in Class 42 excluding sac- charin, flour, preserved fruits, pearl barley and raisins. Trade Mark No. (2) is intended to be used forthwith by the applicants in respect of Cotton Towels not in the piece and Cotton handkerchiefs not in the piece in Class 25.
