No. S. 177.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked Tender for the construction and fitting to chassis of two Bus bodies and two Prison Van bodies", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 12th day of July, 1937.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500 with the Colonial Treasury.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply to the Executive Engineer in charge of Roads and Transport.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 178.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Surfacing Sai Kung Road at Flight Gap", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1937. The contract comprises the laying of bottoming and macadam surfacing to Sai Kung Road between the site of Field Cottage and the junction of the road to Customs Pass together with all kerbing, channelling and other contingent works.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The successful tenderer will be required to deposit the sum of $2,000 (Dollars two thousand) as security for the due and proper performance of the work.
