A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Chemicals and medicines and pharmaceutical preparations in Class 3.

The Gado Govind" Trade Mark and the "Electro Chop" Trade Mark have been used by the applicants in respect of Fire Crackers in Class 20 since the year 1935.
The Red Chop
Trade Mark and the "Krishna" Trade Mark have not been used by the applicants but it is their intention so to use forthwith, the "Red Chop" Trade Mark in respect of Fire Crackers in Class 20 and the "Krishna" Trado Mark in respect of Medicines, medicated articles and patent medicines in in Class 3. and in respect of Explosive sub- stances in Class 20 and in respect of Substances used as food or as ingredients in food in Class 42.
The Krishna" Trade Mark in respect of Explosive substances in Class 20 is associated with Trade Mark No. 232 of 1931.
The Red Chop Trade Mark and the "Electro Chop" Trade Mark are associated with each other and with Trade Mark No. 274 of 1935. Registration of the Red Chop Trade Mark and the Electro Chop" Trade Mark is limited to the colours, red and white, as shown on the specimen marks affixed to the Forms of applications for registration. The "Red Chop" Trade Mark and the "Electro Chop Trade Mark have been applied to be registered with design as shown thereon.
Registration of the "Gado Govind " Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word “Govind ".
