No. 391.-It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Wednesday, the 16th day of June, 1937, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT,

No. S. 152.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Construction of Sea Walls and reinstatement of typhoon damage at Laichikok", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 21st day of June, 1937. The work comprises the reconstruction of a sea wall approximate 1,200 feet in length and contingent works.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $4,000 with the Colonial Treasury.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
