Inspections outside the ports from

Steerage passengers must comply with the vaccination requirements.

Vessels detained at river mouth and passengers and crew vaccinated unless they can produce evidence of successful recent vaccination.

Fairway Buoys.

The characteristics of the Central Fairway Buoys have been altered as follows:-

North Fairway Buoy, flashing red every 5 seconds. Painted red. South Fairway Buoy, flashing every 5 seconds. Painted black.
