OTICE is hereby given that William Duckworth trading a Duckworth & Co., of The Old Trafford Essence Distillery, Chester Road, Manchester, England, Manufacturing Chemist, has on the 5th day of February, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark : --

CHEERIO

in the name of the said William Duckworth trading as Duckworth & Co., who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant since 26th January 1923 in respect of Fermented liquors and spirits, in Class 13 and in respect of Mineral and aerated waters, natural and artificial including ginger beer in Class 44 and in respect of Essences thot alcoholic), esson- tial oils (not alcoholic), colourings, flavourings, brewing sugars, caramels, finings, preservatives, frothing preparations, soda-bicarbonate, and the like materials for use in the manufacture of beverages and confectionery the preparation of food, all being goods included in Class 42.
