A has been declared in the above matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above

mentioned dividend may be received at No. 182 Queen's Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 5th day of June 1937, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must produce any Bill of Exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

In the Goods of Abraham Jacob David late of Bombay, India, and "St. Margarets", Mount Park, Harrow- on-the-Hill in the County of Midd- lesex in the United Kingdom, Mer- chant deceased.

OTICE is hereby givon that the Court has by virtue of the provisions of Sec- tion 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897 made an order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 17th day of June, 1937.

All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to Frank Austin, of S. J.
