Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Triumph Fusce and Fireworks Com-

pany of Elkton in the State of Maryland, U.S.A., a Corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A.. have on the 2nd. day of March, 1937 applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

TRIUMPH

SUPER CHARGED

TRIUMPH BRAND MELKTON

FLASHCRACKER

TRADE MARK REG. U.S. PAT. OFF

MADE IN CHINA

DO NOT HOLD IN HAND AFTER LIGHTING.

in the name of The Triumph Fusee and Fireworks Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Fire- works of all descriptions in Class 20.

The Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "SUPER CHARGED FLASHCRACKER ”,

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
