The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Fire- works of all descriptions in Class 20.
The Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusi ve use of the words “SUPER CHARGED FLASHCRACKER".
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
