Bridge, Canton in the Province of Kwongtung, in the Republic of China, and of No. 312 Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, have, by three applications all dated the 23rd day of January, 1937, applied for the registra- tion in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:—

The said Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in Class 3 in respect of Chinese Patent Medicines and Chinese Medicated Arti- cles including ointments, pills and medicine powder.

Trade Marks (2) and (3) have been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Governor pursuant to Section 9, Sub-section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909 and are associated with each other.
