Sammons issued in an action intituled

In The Supreme Court of Hong Kong, Sum- mary Jurisdiction, Action No. 329 of 1987. Between Worg Chouk Hing trading as Wong Tong Kee, plaintiff and Lok Chuen trading as Lok Chuen Kee.defendant", dated the 19th day of March, 1937, the Plaintiff, Wong Cheuk Hing trading as aforesaid of No. 32, Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, claims against the Defendant, Lok Chuen trading as aforesaid for the sum of $617.01 being balance due by the Defendant to the Plaintiff for the price of goods sold and delivered, full particulars have already been delivered to the Defendant by the Plaintiff AND NOTICE is further given that pursuant to Chapter XVII of the Code of Civil Procedure, Section 453, a Writ of Foreign Attachment was, on the 25th day of March, 1937, issued by the Registrar of the Supremne Court cominanding the Bailiff of the Supreme Court to forthwith attach all the property, movable and immovable, of the abovenamed Defendaut, Lok Chuen trading as aforesaid, which shall be found within the Colony, and to return the said Writ into the said Court on the 16th day of April, 1937.
