OTICE is hereby given that The General Electric Company Limited of Magnet House, Kingsway, London, W.C.2., England, have on the 2nd day of February, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:—
SILVERLAC
in the name of The General Electric Company Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Conduit Tubes for Electric Wires and Fittings for such Conduit Tubes, all being metal goods, Electric Light Fittings of Ordinary Meta!, Electric Lamps, Electric Irons, Electric Kettles and other Electrically Heated Utensils in Class 13.

TOTICE is hereby given that The Tak Yuen Tai Firm No. 182 Wellington Street, Hong Kong, have on the 30th day of December, 1936, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Two Trade Marks: ---

in the name of Linguam Hardware Manufacturing Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trude Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Flash- lights and torebes in Class 8.
The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters "L. X" and of the flashlight device appearing on the said
mark.
