gregor, Knight, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1937, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for reducing the Capital of the said Company under the above-mentioned Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.
