5. The store to be provided with raised door sills of sufficient height to form a retaining area, equal to the quantity to be stored. The walls of the retaining area to be cement rendered.
6. Ventilating appertures at high and low level to be provided and screened on the internal sides by gauze flame arrestors having a mesh of not less than 28 to the linear inch. The external sides to be protected by metal gratings or expanded metal.
7. The store to be enclosed by a wall or inch fence to prevent trespass.
8. One foam fire extinguisher, of two gallons capacity, and three buckets of sand to be provided for dealing with incipient fire.
9. Prominent "NO SMOKING" notices in English and Chinese to be provided in and about the store.
