The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants since 7th March, 1931, in respect of the following goods :-

Beer, in Class 43.

The registration of the Marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters "U. B." and of the Chinese characters

"Trade Mark 1 (Yellow Label) is associated with Trade Mark 2 (Green Label) of Pending Application No. 519 of 1936 and Trade Mark 2 (Green Label) is associated with Trade Mark 1 (Yellow Label) of Pending Application No. 518 of 1936.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks

of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
