the above-named Company duly con- vened, and held at No. 2 (1st floor) Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, on the 22nd day of January, 1937, the following resolution was duly passed as a Special Resolution "That the Company be wound up Voluntarily".
And at such last-mentioned meeting John Fleming Esq., C.A., was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.
