NOTICE is hereby given that Compania de Productos Marinos, S.A-, of Esenada, Territorio Norte de la Baja California, Mexico, have on the 18th day of January, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

PROWAR

in the name of the said Compania de Produc- tos Marinos, S.A., who claim to be the proprie- tors thereof.

The above Trade Mark has been used for the past eight years in respect of abalone and other substances or ingredients of food in Class 42.

Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, or of the undersigned.
