(1) Section 2 (b) is amended by the addition of the words created by virtue of the provisions of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Ordinance, 1866, and continued by this Ordinance at the end thereof.

(2) Section 3 is repealed and the following

section substituted therefor:

"3. Notwithstanding the repeal of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Ordinance,
