THE COMPANIES ORDINANCE, 1932.

No. 922. With reference to the annual list in two parts containing the names of persons authorized by the Governor in Council to perform the duties required by the above mentioned Ordinance to be performed by an auditor, published as Government Notification No. 523 in the Gazette of the 30th July, 1937, the following addition to part I of the said list is now published,-

ORDINANCE No. 5 of 1922. (EMERGENCY REGULATIONS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published as Government Notification No. 541 in the Gazette of the 4th August, 1937, Government Notification No. 576 in the Gazette of the 20th August, 1937, and Government Notification No. 641 in the Gazette of the 7th September, 1937.

The regulation above set out rescinds the regulations for the prevention and mitigation of cholera which affected the sale of cut fruit, ice cream, non-aerated drinks prepared from fruit juice or herbs, the jellies known as "Leung Fan" and "Man Tau Lo", the Chinese dishes known as "Yu Sang" and "Yu Sang Chuk" and mussels.
