It is hereby notified that LUDWIG KORT of 7, Jacobistrasse in the City of Hanover in the Republic of Germany, has by deed of grant dated 11th June, 1937, granted a licence to KORT PROPULSION COMPANY, LIMITED, whose registered office is situate at 130/132, Leadenhall Street in the City of London, to make use exercise and vend the invention the subject of Letters Patent No. 17 of 1936, for Improvements in a Combined Device of a Ship's Propeller Enclosed by a Nozzle, but only for such use and purposes as are mentioned in the said deed of grant.
