No. 775.-Mr. ERNEST HILLAS WILLIAMS, Cadet Officer and Barrister-at-law having been appointed by the Secretary of State to be a Member of the Colonial Legal Service, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint him to be Assistant Attorney General, with effect from the 28th October, 1937.
