ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, 1936,

1936, the Governor in Council makes the following amendment to the Radio- communication Regulations in the Schedule to the said Ordinance.

Amendment.

The following additional regulation is inserted in the said Schedule immediately after regulation 11.

11A. Notwithstanding anything contained in regulation 11 (as amended by Government Notification No. 785 of 1936) or in regulation 15 (as amended by Government Notification No. 461 of 1936) the licensing authority may issue in his discretion broadcast receiving licences to bona fide temporary residents for periods of three months at a time at the fee of $4 for each such period.

ORDINANCE No. 22 of 1919. (PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the Places of Public Entertainment Regulation Ordinance, 1919, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds regulation 180 of the regulations published as Government Notification No. 587 in the Gazette of the 3rd August, 1934, and substitutes the following regulation therefor

180. The fee for censoring films in any appeal as aforesaid shall be $6.00 per reel. In all other cases of censoring films the fee shall be $1.00 per short reel or trailer under 300 feet, $2.00 per short reel or trailer exceeding 300 feet but not exceeding 500 feet, $3.25 per reel exceeding 500 feet but not exceeding 1,000 feet and $3.50 per reel exceeding $1,000 feet. Posters will be censored free of charge.
