The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, Ordinance No. 7 of 1936, section 18.

It is hereby declared by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Haiphong is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, cholera, prevails.
