ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEERS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Com- manding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after consultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, amends the First Schedule to the Ordinance as amended by Government Notification No. 903 in the Gazette of the 13th November, 1936, as follows:-

Amendment.

Delete regulation 3 (1) in the First Schedule as enacted by Government Notification No. 903 of 1936 and sub- stitute:-

(1) The Corps shall consist of the following units, auxiliary unit and affiliated unit:-

Corps Units.

(a) Corps Headquarters.

(b) 1st Battery.

(c) 2nd (Improvised) Battery.

(d) The Engineer Company.

(e) Corps Signals.

(f) Machine Gun Troop.

(g) Armoured Car Section.

(h) Motor Machine Gun Platoon.

(i) No. 1 Machine Gun Company.

(j) No. 2 Machine Gun Company (Scottish).

(k) No. 3 Machine Gun Company.

(1) No. 4 Machine Gun Company (Chinese).

(m) No. 5 Machine Gun Company (Portuguese).

(n) Anti-Aircraft Company (Portuguese).

(0) Machine Gun Battalion Signals.

(p) Air Arm.

(q) Army Service Corps Company.

(7) Medical Section.

(8) l'ay Section.

(t) Reserve of Officers.

Auxiliary Unit.

(u) Railway Operating Detachment Cadre.

Affiliated Unit.

(v) Nursing Detachment.
