ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1935. (BUILDINGS).
It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 122 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, appointed the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. as additional or further hours between which blasts may be fired at Sai Wan Bay in connection with the salvaging of the S.S. "Asama Maru".

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. EDWARD CHARLES STOCKER be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 324 of the 30th April, 1937.

ORDINANCE No. 9 of 1916. (PHARMACY AND POISONS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance 1916, the Governor in Council hereby amends Regulation 1 set forth on page 734 of the Regulations of Hong Kong 1844-1925 under the heading "Licences to Wholesale Dealers' by the addition of the words "in his absolute discretion" between the word "may" and the word "grant" in the first line thereof.
