An Ordinance to amend the Ordinances and Regulations of

Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, 1936.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Amendment Ordinance, 1937.

2. Sections 7 (1), 3, 11 (2) (a), 11 (2) (b) and 11 (2) of Ordinance (c) of the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, 1936, are amended by the deletion of the words "the 1st day of January, 1937" and the substitu- tion therefor of the words "the 1st day of January, 1938".

3. Section 10 (1) of the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, 1936, is amended by the deletion of the words "the 31st day of December, 1936" and the substitution therefor of the words "the 31st day of December, 1937”.

4. Section 11 (1) of the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, 1936, is amended by the deletion of the words "the end of the year 1936" and the substitution therefor of the words "the end of the year 1937".
