ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 (1) (c) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, (as amended by section 20 of Ordinance No. 28 of 1935) the Governor in Council amends Table M in the Schedule to the said Ordinance (as enacted by Government Notification No. 509 in the Gazette of the 23rd July, 1937) as follows.
Amendment.
In regulation 13 the words "Public Square Street Pier" are substituted for the words "Yaumati Ferry Pier”.

(ASIATIC EMIGRATION).
ORDINANCE No. 23 of 1917.
(BOARDING-HOUSE).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 (1) of the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, and section 3 of the Boarding-house Ordinance, 1917, the Governor in Council hereby further amends the Boarding-house rules set forth on pages 715-726 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, as follows:-
1. In rule 1,
Amendments.
delete "Class VI-Ku Kung Ngoi U (IR).”
2. Delete rule 14.
3. In rule 19, fifth line,
delete the figure “8”.
4. In the First Schedule,
delete Form No. 8.
5. In the Second Schedule,
delete "VI | No security | 2".
In further exercise of the said powers the Governor in Council rescinds the Common Lodging-house or Ku Li Kun () Rules contained in the Schedule to the Boarding- house Amendment Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 9 of 1935.
