ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1902. (TRAMWAY).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Tramway Ordinance, 1902, the Governor in Council amends Rule 1 of the Rules made under the said Ordinance and published as Government Notification No. 3 in the Gazette of the 7th January, 1916, as follows:-

Amendments.

Rule 1 (a) and 1 (b) are rescinded and Rule 1 (c) and 1 (d) are re-numbered as 1 (a) and 1 (b) respectively.

ORDINANCE No. 21 of 1932. (PENSIONS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 (1) of the Pensions Ordinance, 1932, as enacted by the Pensions Amendment Ordinance, 1934, and with the sanction of the Secretary of State, the Governor in Council amends Regulation 16 in Pension Regulations A and Pension Regulations B, set forth respectively in Government Notifications Nos. 774 and 775 of 1932 as amended by amendments 3 and 8 (4) in Government Notification No. 761 of 1934 as follows:-

In Pensions Regulations A and B :-

In Regulation 16 (3) the words "without the approval of the Secretary of State" are added after the words “age at which he might be required to retire".
