Order made by the Governor in Council under section 12 of the Rope Company's Tramway Ordinance, 1901, Ordinance No. 21 of 1901, this 10th day of August, 1937.
In the exercise of the powers vested in him by the provisions of the Rope Company's Tramway Ordinance, 1901, and otherwise His Excellency the Governor in Council is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered and declared that the duration of the rights, powers and privileges granted, made and maintained under the provisions of the Rope Company's Tramway Ordinance, 1901, shall be extended for a period of one year from the 15th December, 1937.
