RETIREMENT OF DR. A. R. WELLINGTON, C.M.G.
15. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government addressed the Council paying high tribute to the services rendered on the Council and to the Colony by Dr. ARTHUR ROBARTES WELLINGTON who had recently vacated the post of Director of Medical Services on retirement.
Hon. Sir HENRY E. POLLOCK on behalf of the Unofficial Members supported His
Excellency's remarks.
ADJOURNMENT.
16. The Council then adjourned sine die.

Ordinance No. 10 of 1937.-An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a
Supplementary Sum of Seven hundred and eighty two thousand three hundred and ten Dollars and eight Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1936.
Ordinance No. 11 of 1937.----An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law
relating to forests and plants.
Ordinance No. 12 of 1937.—An Ordinance to amend further the Printers and
Publishers Ordinance, 1927.
Ordinance No. 13 of 1937.-An Ordinance to amend the Stonecutters Island Ordinance, 1889, as amended by the Stonecutters Island Amendment Ordinance, 1936.
Ordinance No. 14 of 1937.-An Ordinance to amend the Motor Spirit Ordin-
ance, 1930.
