ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]).

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 73 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorised as a place to be used as a Chinese Cemetery, and to form an extension to the existing Chinese Cemetery known as the Chai Wan Cemetery, the piece of land containing about 16.79 acres, situated between Chai Wan and Tytam Gap in the Island of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in and which may be seen at the Office of the Public Works Department.

THE COMPANIES ORDINANCE, 1932.

Pursuant to the Companies Ordinance, 1932, section 131 (3) the following annual list is published. The list contains the names of all persons (within the meaning of the said section) who are authorised by the Governor in Council to perform the duties required by the said Ordinance to be performed by an auditor. The first part (Part I) of such list contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in English; and the second part (Part II) contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in Chinese :-
