No. 517.-It is hereby notified that His Honour Mr. Chaloner Grenville Alabaster, O.B.E., K.C., Acting Chief Justice, has by Commission signed by him, and dated the 17th day of July, 1937, appointed the Honourable Mr. SYDNEY CAINE, Financial Secretary and Colonial Treasurer, Collector of Stamp Revenue, Assessor of Rates and Estate Duty Commissioner, Hong Kong, to be a Commissioner to administer oaths and take declarations and affirmations for the purposes of the Estate Duty Ordinance, 1932, so long as he shall continue to act as such Estate Duty Commissioner as aforesaid.
