No. 514.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, in accord- ance with instructions received from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, has been pleased to recognise Mr. GEOFFREY MISKIN as Honorary Consul of Sweden at Hong Kong.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. JOHN FLEMING as a Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong during the absence from the Colony of Mr. PHILIP STANLEY CASSIDY, with effect from 14th May, 1937.
