ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH

[SANITATION]).

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under Section 73 (1) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorised as a place to be used as an urn cemetery, to be known as Hammer Hill Urn Cemetery, the piece of land containing about 100 acres situated at Hammer Hill in New Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in and which may be seen

at the Office of the Public Works Department.
