The rainfall for the month of June at Victoria Peak was 15ins. 59 on 28 days, at Mount Kellett, it was 12ins. 40 on 21 days, at Botanical Gardens, 13ins. 39 on 25 days, at Taipo, 9ins. 48 on 26 days, and at Fanling, 6ins. 60 on 20 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 526 at 3h. 00m. on the 18th. The maximum squall velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 43 miles per hour at 10h. 23m. on the 17th.
